Tell us the journey. We check the route, the timing, and who is free to drive it — then send the price. If we can't do it properly, we say so instead of taking the booking.

Before you book.
When do I pay?
After we've confirmed a chauffeur for your journey. You send the request with no card details, we review
it and assign a driver, then the price and a payment link arrive by email. Payment closes twelve hours
before pickup.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 48 hours. That's the time it takes to assign a chauffeur properly rather than approximately. For
something sooner, contact us directly and we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add the flight number to your request and we track it. Your chauffeur works to the time you actually land,
not the time you were scheduled to.
Which cities can I book?
Fifteen across the US and the Gulf, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Kuwait,
Manama, Muscat, New York, Houston, and Los Angeles. The booking form lists them all.
Do I get the exact car in the photographs?
You book a class, not a registration plate. Each class states its passenger and luggage capacity, and you
get that car or a comparable one. The specific vehicle is confirmed when your chauffeur is assigned.
